This episode is dedicated to better understanding collaborative law. Many of you will know about various alternative dispute resolution options such as mediation and collaborative law but there are often misinformation about these processes. I thought it would be interesting to dive deeper into collaborative law today and gain a bit more insights into what it is, how it works and how it can help.

I was delighted to be joined by a true expert in this field, Suzanne Kingston. Suzanne is a solicitor, collaborative lawyer and accredited mediator and arbitrator with more than 30 years’ experience. She advises and supports clients on a wide range of issues including complex financial matters, children arrangements, prenuptial agreements and cohabitation matters. Suzanne is known as the ‘Queen of mediation and arbitration’ and she has taught all over the world.
