As a collaborative divorce professional, I always aim to support my clients in resolving their disputes out of court. We all know that mediation is faster, cheaper and less conflictual that litigation. There is, however the question of whether that is always an option. This podcast is dedicated to this exact topic, in particular with regards to whether mediation is really an option in cases of domestic abuse.

To discuss this controversial topic, I invited two incredibly knowledgeable professionals to share their own perspective with us. Anne de Montarlot is a psychotherapist and Ian Lovatt is the Head of mediation at Mediate UK.
