To discuss this topic, I have invited Olivia Piercy. Olivia is a Partner at Hunters Law. She specialises in Family law, helping divorcing couples through both financial and children matters. Olivia has a particular focus on cross-border cases and her practice includes cases relating to child abduction, child protection and relocation. Olivia has specialist expertise in cases involving allegations of domestic abuse including coercive and controlling behaviour and economic abuse.
