Frequently asked questions

Will I still need a lawyer if I do this programme?

In England and Wales, you can divorce without a lawyer—and many people do. The D.O.S. Programme is designed to help you understand the process and make informed decisions. Throughout the programme, I’ll flag key points where you might want to consult a solicitor, so you can choose whether it’s necessary for your situation. Either way, you’ll use legal support strategically—only when needed—which means you’ll spend far less on legal fees than if you relied on a lawyer from the start. The entire programme costs less than four hours with a solicitor, so you’ll likely make your money back quickly through what you save.

You won’t be left on your own. That’s the whole point of this programme: to be by your side and guide you through this complex process. If you have questions, you can post in the programme’s private WhatsApp group, join our weekly Q&A sessions, or book a private coaching session with me. You get two private coaching sessions included and one free session with a financial adviser.

Throughout the programme, I will highlight specific times where you might want to bring in other professionals. This will help you get the technical support you need, when you need it, without wasting your money.

No problem, you have 14 days to change your mind and receive a refund (see T&Cs for details).

I also offer the option to start with purchasing Module 1 individually before committing to the full programme in order to give you a chance to try it.

There’s an entire lesson in the programme dedicated to what to do if negotiations stall—including alternatives to court that are often faster, cheaper, and less stressful. But even if your case does go to court, the D.O.S. Programme remains highly relevant.

That’s because 95% of court cases still settle before a judge makes a final decision—which means you’re still negotiating, just within a legal framework. The tools, strategies, and guidance in the programme will help you navigate those negotiations with confidence, whether inside or outside the courtroom.

You won’t be starting from scratch—you’ll already be prepared.

I hold a Master’s in Law and spent over 17 years in the corporate world leading high-stakes, complex negotiations. I’m also a fully accredited CDC Certified Divorce Coach with years of experience helping people successfully navigate divorce in England and Wales.

On top of that, I’ve been through the process personally—and learned the hard way the mistakes to avoid and the cracks in the system. I created this programme to give you the clarity, strategy and confidence I wish I’d had.

Absolutely. The D.O.S. Programme is for anyone going through divorce, regardless of how long you’ve been separated. If you’re now looking to agree financial and parenting arrangements and make things official, this is exactly what the programme is designed to support.

In fact, having been apart for a while can often make negotiations less emotionally charged, giving you a better chance of reaching a clear and fair agreement. The modules will guide you through every step to formalise your situation and give you the peace of mind that comes with being legally and financially untied.
