Jennifer was preparing to go to court with her ex-partner regarding the relocation of their children from Canada to the United States. To support her case, she needed to present the judge with a robust, child-centred parenting plan—one that clearly demonstrated that the move would not undermine the children’s relationship with their father.

Together, we developed a comprehensive proposal outlining how contact, communication, and regular visitation with their father would be maintained despite the distance. The plan prioritised the children’s needs while providing practical, well-structured solutions to ensure ongoing, meaningful involvement from both parents.
