Jennifer was preparing to go to court with her ex-partner regarding the relocation of their children from Canada to the United States. To support her case, she needed to present the judge with a robust, child-centred parenting plan—one that clearly demonstrated that the move would not undermine the children’s relationship with their father.
Together, we developed a comprehensive proposal outlining how contact, communication, and regular visitation with their father would be maintained despite the distance. The plan prioritised the children’s needs while providing practical, well-structured solutions to ensure ongoing, meaningful involvement from both parents.
In her owns words:
“I wish we could talk all the time! The parenting plan help was really invaluable. Chloe has extensive experience with parenting plans, including long distance parenting plans and strategy which you need in addition to legal support from a lawyer. She really helped me to find the answers that I knew were within me but because of all the stress and anxiety of the situation it is difficult to access this knowledge and truth and Chloe helped me to access it within myself with her guidance and support.”
