Suzanne is a mediator, collaborative family lawyer and arbitrator. She remains well able to use her unique skillset in difficult litigation and has extensive experience of working with family law colleagues around multiple jurisdictions. She advises and supports clients on a wide range of issues, including complex financial matters, child arrangements and marital agreements.
Jackie’s career as a barrister and mediator has spanned over thirty years. She has sat as a deputy district judge in the family court since 2005 (having been appointed to the Principal Registry of the Family Division). Jackie has also trained as psychoanalytic psychotherapist.
Rebecca offers Arbitration in child related cases. The beauty of it is that arbitration can be used to help participants come ‘unstuck’ and to deal with specific elements of a case, although of course it can be used to settle the entire thing. Rebecca offers arbitration online, in person and, even on the papers, if applicable.
